Several power outages left about 3,500 northern Utah residents without electrical service Monday morning.
Rocky Mountain Power reported that 2,925 customers in Salt Lake City's 84105, 84106 and 84108 zip code areas, along with 579 customers in the Davis County's city of Syracuse were affected by separate varied equipment failures.
Syracuse customers had been restored to service by 9:30 a.m.; power was restored to everyone else by Monday afternoon.
