Bees can't keep up at Reno

Salt Lake's late rally attempt fell short in a 5-3 loss in Reno. A 1-1 tie held for the first four and a half innings, but the Aces added more runs in the fifth and eighth innings. Roberto Lopez and Drew Heid each drove in a run in the ninth inning, but Reno's lead was too much to overcome.

Pioneer League

Voyagers 5, Raptors 4 • Despite committing three errors, Ogden led going into the ninth inning. But Great Falls rallied with two runs in the bottom of the inning to top the Raptors.

Owlz 4, Helena 3 • A late rally pulled host Orem to the win, as the team scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth.
