Skyline guard Sydnee Taylor is Cedar City bound after she completes her senior year as an Eagle.

The 5-foot-11 senior at Skyline committed to the Thunderbird women's basketball program last week. Taylor, who plays with the Salt Lake Metro club basketball program, will join her former teammate Jessica Richardson, who starred at Davis High School, with the Thunderbirds next season.

Taylor is the fourth 2014 D-1 commit from Salt Lake Metro this year. Others include: North Sanpete guard Taylor Gordon and Springville center Brooke Wheeler, both of whom have committed to play at Utah Valley University. Deskha Olson, an out-of-state Metro player from Salmon, Idaho, is committed to Loyola Marymount.
