A 13 year-old-boy was flown to a hospital Wednesday night after falling 30 feet from Stewart Falls near Sundance.
The boy had awakened after several minutes unconscious following the fall at 5:50 p.m., said Utah County sheriff's spokesman Spencer Cannon. The boy suffered a "deep laceration" to the side of his head and injuries to his elbow and knee, Cannon reported. A helicopter has flown him to Primary Children's Medical Center. He was in serious condition.
