Brooke Adams, reporter for The Salt Lake Tribune, wrote a great story about defense attorney Ron Yengich in the Faith section of the paper on Sept. 14 ("Making his case for faith").

As a former Third District Court bailiff for 14 years, I had the pleasure of witnessing Mr. Yengich in court on numerous occasions.

It was always a treat for me, and probably for other bailiffs.

He always showed great respect for the judge and court personnel.

The big treat, however, was seeing him in action. If it was a high-profile case, it was like watching movie actor James Stewart in "Anatomy of a Murder."
