This week • Correctly name where in Utah this photo was taken to be eligible for a drawing for the book "It Happened in Utah" by Tom and Gayen Wharton. Entries must be received by noon Friday. Email your guess to outdoors@sltrib.com with "Where Is It?" in the subject line.

Last week • All but two of the 103 entries correctly identified the historic Wolfe cabin at the start of the Delicate Arch trailhead in Arches National Park. Alvie Huff had his entry drawn and wins a copy of "Fishing Utah" by Brett Prettyman. —

Shutdown views, effects

Leadership • Utah Gov. Gary Herbert said that President Barack Obama's "lack of leadership" is to blame for the federal government shutdown.

Home loans • Despite some glitches, the shutdown isn't affecting most Utah home loans.

WIC • A $2.5 million federal grant will keep Utah's Women, Infants and Children program afloat.
