The Democratic Party in Utah is not doing so well. With Jim Matheson as a Republican masquerading in Democrat clothing as the top Democrat in the state, there isn't a lot of reason to celebrate. Alas, the Democrats in Utah have no balls, or galas, or black tie dinners.

Maybe if the Democratic party were to "defund" Matheson in support of a more Democratic candidate there would be more financial support from the Democrats in the state. Hopefully with a different candidate the Democrats in Utah could have some balls, or fundraising cocktail parties, or even a family picnic.

Perhaps then Democrats would start to support the local party.
