A report of gunshots in a northwest Salt Lake City neighborhood led to police arresting an adult and two juvenile males.

Salt Lake City police said the gunfire was reported to 911 at 1:42 p.m. Monday in the area of Catherine Street and Talisman Drive (about 1450 West and 800 North).

Police responded and found the suspects attempting to hide in the area. The 20-year-old man was arrested and booked into Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

The two teens were booked into Juvenile Detention on the same charge.

No one was hurt and there were no reports of property damage due to the gunfire.
