Police are looking for a 75-year-old Millcreek woman who drove away from her family while she was following them home.

Patricia Clark suffers from dementia, Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal reported Monday night. She was following a family member home about 7:40 p.m. when the relative pulled into her neighborhood near 785 E. Shady Lake Drive. Clark, however, continued driving north on 700 East, Hoyal wrote in a press release.

Clark has a cell phone, but she is not answering it.

Anyone with information as to Clark's location is asked to call investigators at 801-743-7000. She is driving a 2004 Nissan Altima.
