In a prequel to Thursday's orgy of food, the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake treated hundreds of homeless and low-income Utahns to a Thanksgiving feast Tuesday — two days before the holiday.

The downtown Salt Lake City charity also provided free coats, haircuts, flu shots, hot showers and hygiene items.
