One person was seriously hurt after a truck drove straight into a Taylorsville living room on Wednesday.

About 2 p.m. Wednesday, a 54-year-old man was driving a truck hauling a utility trailer when he suffered a medical problem and drove into a home at 5784 S. Ferron Circle (2730 West), said Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal. The truck hit two men who were sitting on a couch.

Both of the men were taken to the hospital, one in serious condition and the other in fair, Hoyal said. The driver, who happens to live in the neighborhood, also went to the hospital in fair condition.
