America First donates $70,000 to charities

America First Credit Union was expected to donate $70,000 to seven charities in a special presentation Thursday. The donations were made by America First's members and employees who contributed throughout the year to a special Community Assistance Program.

Checks for $10,000 each were expected to be given to St. Anne's Shelter, Catholic Community Services, Cathedral of the Madeleine in Salt Lake City, Christmas Box International, Your Community Connection, SHARE Food Bank, and Safe Nest in Las Vegas.
