Loveridge posted a .531 field-goal percentage (17-of-32) and a .438 three-point field-goal percentage (7-of-16) in both contests, as well as hitting 7-of-9 free throws for a .778 percentage from the charity stripe.
In the 74-66 victory over Idaho State, the West Jordan native scored a career-high 27 points and added seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks. Loveridge followed that performance with 21 points and a career-high five assists in the 81-64 win over in-state rival BYU, which marked Utah's first win over the Cougars in eight games.
It marks the first Player of the Week selection for Utah since joining the Pac-12 Conference in 2011.
