We should hold the refineries accountable.

Why is it that the petro/refineries people only give the residents of Utah 85 octane gas when in all other states around us the low grade is 87 octane? It does burn cleaner in your car. That would help cut pollution along the Wasatch Front and the whole state.

If you ask people from other states, they say that their people elected to office have found out that this helps out on pollution. So why don't our people do the same so the refineries don't ship all the good gas to other states and leave us with the not-so-clean-burning gas and make more money off of the people of Utah?
