Letter: More legislation or better proofreading?

The Tribune Editorial Board ("Payday payback," editorial, Dec. 29) proposes in its print edition that the state's 500-plus payday loan businesses be brought to "heal."

One isn't quite sure what remedy they want to apply, whether it's some sort of legislation, a yet-to-be-developed anti-usury vaccine, or someone to proofread more carefully.
