Truck made from ice is the world's coolest ride

It's pretty freezing in Utah and elsewhere in the U.S., but in Canada it's so cold they're actually making their trucks out of ice.

The ice truck is the result of an ad campaign by Canadian Tire, a company based in the Great White North. The truck's body is built from ice and special mechanical parts — they are designed not to break the fragile frozen water — and weighs a whopping 15,000 pounds. It was designed by Icculture, an Ontario-based ice sculpting company.

The company took the truck out on a 1.6 kilometer drive and managed to hit an average speed of 20 kph. It's an impressive feat and, in the "melt down" video below, a coldly beautiful one as well.
