Now that marijuana is legal in Colorado, I would venture to say that 80 percent of vehicles with Colorado plates that are traveling on I-70 in Utah will be stopped and searched by the Utah Highway Patrol, 4th Amendment be damned!

I can hardly wait for the plethora of lawsuits. If you think Lisa Steed was expensive, stand by.
