St. George police on Friday were seeking four men in connection with the stabbing of another man Thursday night.

The victim told police that at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, he was on the east side of the parking lot near the bike path near 1800 West block of Sunset Boulevard, when he was approached by four individuals.

The assailants were described as three Hispanic males and one Caucasian male.

The Hispanic suspect assaulted the victim with a knife, leaving a three- to four-inch wound on his chin. After the assault the four individuals fled the area in an unknown direction.

The victim was taken to Dixie Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
