LDS Film Festival

Scout Religious Emblem Ceremony

Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts who have earned their religious awards will receive their emblems from Catholic Bishop John C. Wester.

Valentine Dinner Dance

Christ United Methodist Church and the Wesley Bell Ringers announce the annual Valentine Dinner Dance. The event includes dinner, musical entertainment and the opportunity to bid on items.

Muslim Films

The Utah Humanities Council and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center present a series of films and discussions exploring Muslim themes. The films are accompanied by glass sculpture and artwork by artist/scholar Andrew Kosorok, interpreting the "99 Names of God" in Islam. On Feb 10, "Islamic Art: Mirror of the Invisible World" will be shown. It will be preceded by a short discussion with special guests introducing the film.

Interfaith Panel Discussion — Peace, Justice and Climate Change

The LDS Church History Library will host the Men and Women of Faith Lecture on "Neal A. Maxwell: The Story of a Disciple's Life." The presenter will be Bruce C. Hafen, an emeritus member of the faith's First Quorum of the Seventy who wrote a biography of Maxwell, the late LDS apostle.
