Interstate 15 is scheduled to close at times this weekend in Roy and Riverdale for construction on Riverdale Road.

On Friday and Saturday, northbound I-15 will close each night beginning at 11 p.m. at Riverdale Road, Exit 339, for bridge construction. It will reopen the next mornings at 9 a.m.

Traffic will be routed east along Riverdale Road to I-84 and back to I-15. The northbound ramp at 5600 South in Roy, Exit 388, will also be closed at those times.

On Monday beginning at 11 p.m., two southbound lanes on I-15 will close, also for bridge construction. Lanes will are scheduled to reopen at 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

The Utah Department of Transportation says southbound trucks on Monday night should consider using eastbound I-84 to southbound US-89 and take it to rejoin I-15 in Farmington.
