Here's BYU basketball coach Dave Rose's opening comments from the podium after the Cougars' downed Loyola Marymount 85-74 in a West Coast Conference quarterfinal game at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

Rose praised the way LMU fought to the end and said Tyler Haws (22 points) and Kyle Collinsworth (23) points were the catalysts in the win.

BYU improved to 22-10 and kept its NCAA Tournament at-large hopes alive with the win.
