Services for champion bodybuilder Larry Scott will be held Saturday in Bountiful.

Scott, a former Mr. Universe and the first Mr. Olympia, died Saturday of Alzheimer's disease at his home in Bountiful. He was 75.

According to an obituary published on a mortuary website, visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bountiful 54th Ward Chapel, 540 N. 1200 East. Services will follow.

Scott is to be buried at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary and Cemeteries, 727 N. 400 East.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Scott, and three of the couple's children: a daughter, Susan Scott; and two sons Erin, and Nathan Scott. One son, Derek Scott, died in a motorcycle accident in 1992. Another son, Michael Scott, died the next year.

An obituary published Monday by the Tribune incorrectly said Michael Scott was still alive.
