Investigators found a 13-month-old Heber girl after her father reportedly left the state with her, violating a custodial arrangement with the girl's mother.
Investigators believe Coraline Aimar was in danger. Several hours after alerting the public to her alleged abduction, police reported that they had found her in good health in Durango, Colo., where her father was staying with friends.
When officers encountered the 31-year-old father, he was served with a protective order restricting him from being with Coraline, who was removed from the Colorado residence and put in state custody, according to a Heber police news release. Coraline's mother and her family are traveling to Colorado to be reunited.
