Four people went to the hospital Saturday afternoon after a crash in Provo Canyon.

About 4 p.m., a white minivan was leaving Vivian Park, near mile post 13, when it reportedly pulled out in front of another minivan traveling down the canyon, said Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Mary Kaye Lucas. The crash flipped the white minivan onto its roof.

Two people from each vehicle were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, Lucas said.

The crash temporarily blocked the westbound lanes.
