West Jordan police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who robbed a Mountain America credit union Friday morning.

The man entered the credit union, located at 6761 S. Redwood Road, just after 9 a.m., according to a press release.

The suspect was dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and dark sunglasses.

He is described as 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-10, with a clean-shaven face and weighing 250 to 300 pounds.

He left the robbery scene on foot.

No other details about the robbery were given by police, who ask anyone with information to call the West Jordan Police Department at 801-840-4000.
