Bribery, evidence tampering and official misconduct are among the crimes former Utah Attorney General John Swallow could face, according to a 214-page report released by House investigators.

After interviewing 165 people and reviewing thousands of documents, the Utah House Special Investigative Committee concluded former Utah Attorney General John Swallow gave favors in exchange for money.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Speaker Becky Lockhart, Rep. Jim Dunnigan and Tribune reporter Robert Gehrke join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the report and what prosecutors could do with the information.
