A Tennessee woman has been charged with killing her husband at a Beaver County motel room.
Dorothy Louise Searcy, 44, was charged Friday in 5th District Court with first-degree felony murder. Investigators allege that she stabbed her husband, Reginald Searcy, 45, with a steak knife Wednesday night.
She, her husband, her adult son, Timothy Wilson, and Wilson's girlfriend are all from out-of-state and had been traveling around the country, said Beaver County Sheriff Cameron Noel. After their car broke down, they had been panhandling in Beaver, Noel said.
