Wednesday on TV: Edward Snowden claims he's a spy. Really.

NBC News anchorman Brian Williams traveled to Russia to go Inside the Mind of Edward Snowden (9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5).We know that Snowden tells Williams that he's a spy.
