Model-T drives to Utah capitol

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert, under umbrella, laughs as Hugh Coltharp demonstrates the windshield wipers on his 1924 Model T Ford outside of the State Capitol on Tuesday. Coltharp and other members of the Utah Chapter Lincoln Highway Association are participating in the club's annual national conference in Tooele this week. The convention continues through Saturday.
