State officials are exploring a massive expansion of Goblin Valley State Park, raising questions about how the park would be managed and who would reap the benefits.

On Thursday at 12:15 p.m., Utah State Parks spokesman Eugene Swalberg and Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance director Scott Groene join Tribune reporter Brian Maffly to talk about the Goblin Valley proposal and how it fits into the broader issue of public lands management.
