Utahns react to 10th Circuit decision on same-sex marriage

The second the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals dropped it's latest ruling Wednesday, Utahns began to react to the decision which says gay marriage can't be banned in Utah. From overjoyed, to defeated, here's a sampling of how Utahns are responding.
