Dan Reynolds, lead singer of the hit pop-rock band Imagine Dragons, is set to perform an acoustic show to benefit a Utah cancer patient.

The show, set for Thursday, July 17, at Sandy Amphitheater, 9400 S. 1300 East, is to benefit the family of Kim White.

White, 26, is a Utah wife and mother who has been diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that attacks the adrenal glands. She is an alumna of Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum and played NCAA soccer for the University of Iowa.

Reynolds will headline the concert, which boasts as-yet-unnamed "special guests."

Tickets for the show are $25 for lawn seating, $30.50 for general seating, and $56.75 for VIP seating, and are available at Smith's Tix. All proceeds go to the White family.
