Letter: Shurtleff, Swallow really any different?

As I have been watching the drama around the Shurtleff and Swallow investigation, I have wondered how many politicians could survive two years of intense digging by the press and at least $4 million of investigation by motivated government officials without finding something that could be considered a crime.
