Two men, ages 25 and 40, are accused of raping a 17-year-old boy at a party in Salt Lake City.
In charges filed Tuesday, police wrote that the teen was at a party Aug. 6 at a home near 300 East and 700 South, where there was "a lot of alcohol, marijuana and food."
The two men encouraged the victim and another teen to drink alcohol, police alleged. The men went into another room with the teen, and the 40-year-old told the teen to have sex with the 25-year-old, police wrote in charging documents. When the teen refused, the 25-year-old pulled out a gun and forced the teen to perform sex acts with him investigators wrote. Then the 25-year-old left the room, and the 40-year-old raped the teen, police wrote.
