Thursday on TV: Be careful — if you start watching 'NY Med," you won't be able to stop

In the season finale of NY Med (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) ER nurse Katie Duke treats a young woman whose CrossFit workout was so extreme that it nearly destroyed her kidneys. And Chief of Trauma David Livingston tries to repair the throwing arm of a college pitcher who is injured during a drinking spree with his buddies.If you haven't checked out this show, give it a chance. You may just find you start watching an episode and you just can stop.Elsewhere on TV ...The Quest (7 p.m., Ch. 4): The contestants try to save the "queen."Project Runway (7 p.m., Lifetime): The contestants have to turn vintage men's suits into looks for modern women.Big Brother (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2): Another contestant is eliminated.Rookie Blue (8 and 9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Andy and Chloe investigate a beating, which leads them to a much bigger criminal operation.Gang Related (8 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): Chapel leads the team to Mexico in search of murder suspect Matias. (Season 1 finale - and there's no word on whether there will be a Season 2.)Last Comic Standing (8 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): A winner is declared in the two-hour season finale.Rectify (10 p.m., Sundance): Daniel faces a tough decision; Amantha tries to sort some things out.Rush (10 p.m., USA): Rush throws himself into his work to relieve his anxiety.Married (11 p.m., FX): Jess helps AJ get rid of an unwanted guest.The Honorable Woman (11 p.m., Sundance): Nessa's security adviser gets a lead on the missing boy.Satisfaction (11 p.m., USA): Neil learns surprising information from a security breach.You're the Worst (11:30 p.m., FX): Jimmy gets pulled into plans with Gretchen, Edgar and Lindsay.
