Letter: Reimburse taxpayers for solar credits?

In Andrea Brunelle's article in the opinion section of the Salt Lake Tribune ("Just pay the fee and go solar," Aug. 10) she claims she will save $18,000 with her solar investment. Should she not reimburse the taxpayers, who furnished 48 percent of her investment?
