Why should a customer pay for the mistake of Questar? ("Customers told to pay after hi-tech Questar meters mess up," Tribune, March 27). If these new meters were installed and then were malfunctioning, they should be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and the manufacturer should then pay Questar for undercharging of the gas. Simple and easy.
