Michael Jewell, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, is the new chef at Wasatch Brew Pub, 250 S. Main, Park City. Jewell worked at The Tavern at Lark Creek, in Larkspur, Calif., before arriving at Wasatch in December. He recently introduced a new menu that includes steaks, burgers, tacos and pizzas. The pub's signature fish and chips are the only holdover from the old menu. For more details, visit wasatchbeers.com or call 435-649-0900.
