We thank our Heavenly Father for his many blessings to us and for each one of you and ask for his spirit to guide my words, the few moments that I speak.

I love to submit my mind and will to him and let his sweet spirit give utterance, with a yearning prayer that your heart will be touched, your mind enlightened by his will. And I am here to do the will of my father, the prophet over me whom God has sent for I recognize that the will of my father is the will of God to us.

Become a person that never disturbs the spirit of God. If you even throw a pebble in calm water it causes ripples. To be a person that never disturbs the spirit of God, you must so live that your feelings are never disturbed.

To have your feelings never disturbed, you must reach out for a power, a power of peace greater than yourself, the Holy Spirit. To be loyal to Heavenly Father, to truly love him and obey him, you must keep sweet, no matter what.

If your feelings can be disturbed and you simply need more of the spirit of God to have and earn more of that sweet spirit, you must pay the price. The price is sacrifice. Set aside any feeling or thought that disturbs the spirit of God.

The spirit of God is the feeling, a burning, a real feeling of peace, a power, where you can control your feelings and be in tune. I offer you the word focus.

Focus your mind, your desires, your all, on keeping sweet. That is the most important work in all you do.

That sweet spirit has all power to do good. Do all you do through the sweet spirit of God and you are becoming Zion, a heaven on earth.

Every obedient person, which every one of you can be, is worth worlds. You are important to our Heavenly Father. But he says, 'If ye have not charity or the sweet love of God, the Holy spirit, ye are nothing.'

But if you're a person, becoming filled with the spirit of God, living to never disturb that spirit, you're on your path -- the path of becoming a God or Goddess and creator of worlds.

Who here can you point to and say, 'You're not important to Heavenly Father?' Every one of you are precious to him and each one of you is a temple of God. A temple is a place where his Holy Spirit, its gifts and powers, dwell.

If you can be bothered, about anything, and have your feelings disturbed, you have something more to repent of, some impurity, some uncleanness dwells in you. Somewhere, your heart is placed on things earthly too much. The lord himself declared, 'And if you are even persecuted, suffering pain, enduring the meanness, the unkindness of

others, rejoice and be exceeding glad.'

You show you love Heavenly Father, that you're thinking of him, that you yearn to be like him. The sign of disobedience is when you don't keep sweet.

The evil powers work through disturbed feelings, where we usually blame others when we feel bad. Nothing can make you feel bad when you reach out to your Heavenly Father and have his sweet power burning in you. It is Almighty, it is eternal, this holy love of God, the spirit of God, and no power of earth or hell can drive it from you except if you choose to be disturbed and lose it.

Dear young people, I know you don't see everything but you're alive and you can feel. You know the difference between the sweet spirit and the bad spirits. That good feeling, when you obey your parents and love to report in, that is the spirit of God, when you pray and thank the Lord when they give you a job and you do it with happiness.

You also know the bad spirit, that guilty feeling when you don't do right, that feeling that you don't want to obey.

So be a person from this moment on that never disturbs the spirit of God. It will take an exertion of prayer to always keep sweet. A lazy mind can easily become a disturbed mind. And a lazy mind is a mind that doesn't pray. Our Heavenly Father created us through birth, his own nature was born in us. And he made us so that he could

read our minds. We have to just think and he can hear us.

Every time you pray and ask for his spirit you're also making a promise with him that you will obey him. You must do your part because every prayer is a contract with Heavenly Father, an agreement, a covenant. Do your part, he will for sure do his part.

If you suddenly find yourself disturbed in your feelings, you haven't done your part. You have rejected the spirit of God by holding on to thoughts, feelings or desires opposite to that sweet spirit.

Now you, who allow your present feelings to be disturbed because of your former sins, I say to you repentance means keep sweet this moment. Repentance means to cast off the evil and do the good and the Lord has promised he will forgive our sins and remember them no more if we truly repentant.

Go do better, ask forgiveness, stay busy in the good, govern the present moment in keeping sweeter and sweeter and he will remember your sins no more, because his sweet spirit is so sensitive to the smallest details that it does not give the least degree of allowance for evil. And you can tell by how you feel whether you please God or whether you don't.

Zion is heaven on earth. The redemption of Zion is the work of living in the increase of the love of God. You know the details, that love suffers long, returns kindness, it envies not and is not puffed up, does not seek a wrong but seeks the will of those over us, is not easily provoked and it thinks no evil.

So the spirit of God is sensitive to what we're thinking, rejoices not in evil, it rejoices in truth in God and godliness. It gives you the power to bear all things, believe all truth, hope all truth and endure all things sweetly.

Now you start attending to the details, attending to the details of your thoughts, desires and feelings and let your life be an evenspun thread, said the prophet, consistently sweet.

If you feel unrest starting to rise in you, quickly take the steps to keep the peaceful feeling present. Ask forgiveness again, forgive everything, yearn to be like God. Rededicate yourself to him, to live the first two great commandments and get the spirit of gratitude so strong that you rejoice in Heavenly Father and the priesthood over you.

To endure to the end means to rejoice unto the end. It isn't a complaining, a hardship and, 'Oh, it's so hard to go through this' feeling. Enduring to the end is a spirit of rejoicing in your Heavenly Father, a thankfulness the true spirit of prayer.

No bad feeling can break through a spirit of prayer, that living gratitude. Oh young people and everyone, this is how God lives.

Billions of his children have turned against him but he caused the sun to rise, gave them the air to breathe, their food and clothing, life today, yearning after his children.

He will return to every son and daughter what they have sent out and we want to be with our Heavenly Father.

This is the day to walk and talk with God and I simply explain it again: No more disturbed feelings, keep sweeter and sweeter. And I say this message to you from him, yearning to do better myself. The smile within is all powerful, to conquer yourself and also have influence to bless others, and that smile within makes it so your feelings are never disturbed.

I hope this is simple enough today. Forgive me for taking extra time. I love you and that is the feeling that conquers all evil within yourself. I love you. God bless you. I say this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We're a little late, so boys and girls go directly to your classes.
