Sloan on starting lineup, second unit, rookies finding the bathroom

Excerpts from a media interview with Utah Jazz coach Jerry Sloan on Saturday prior to a workout at the team practice facility.Sloan on experimenting with starting lineups:I've got to find out who can come off the bench. We have to have somebody give us a lift off the bench, and we'll see how that works out. Take it a little bit of a time.Whether finding a dependable bench scorer will affect players such as Andrei Kirilenko, Raja Bell and C.J. Miles being in the starting lineup:Yeah, that'll have a lot to do with it. If we decide to go with a younger guy or experience — I don't know; all that stuff affects somebody behind them. We have to have everybody play well in order to be able to win. We're not good enough as a team, I don't believe. At this point, I don't see anybody that's going to take the game and destroy the other team. We have to do it together. We need everybody to step up and be ready to play. Placing rookies in the starting lineup:I think, again, experience is a factor for a lot of young guys. ... Guys are trying to figure out where the building is. ... You go in the building and don't know where the bathroom is, it's kind of frightening. More so as you get older. But that's the way it is.Working Earl Watson into the rotation:I watch him practice everyday. Those things are as important as an exhibition game. ... He's been fine. He's one of the few guys we have here that hasn't been through that stuff. But he has 10 years of experience, and that's a great teacher in trying to figure out what the team's doing if you haven't been with.
