A much more relaxed, comfortable and optimistic Deron Williams spoke with the media Saturday morning prior to a workout at the team practice facility.Wililams on playing an improved Oklahoma City:We do. It's not going to get any easier for us. But we can play a lot better. And we know we can, and we know we have it in us. … We lost two games. We've said all along, even though we won every preseason game, that it was going to be a process. Chemistry was going to have to develop. It's new to us, because we haven't had this many new people. But we're going to have to get used to it.Thunder as a good early-season test:Yeah. This is a big game. They're mostly picked to win their division. A very young team with a lot of talent. They play hard every night. It's definitely going to be a good test for us.What he wants to see from the Jazz:Just better effort. We've got to give better effort than we did the first two games, definitely. That's what it is. We've got to get some energy, get some life, be active. Guys can watch and see what they're doing and where they're making mistakes at and see it, because film does a lot. It's there.Reporter asks about the team now laughing about Gordon Hayward situation:What situation? What situation? I've yelled at people before. On the court. There's no situation. I've already talked to him, I already apologized. Said I [shouldn't] have yelled at him. It's going to happen. It's going to probably happen again. [Laughs]. I get upset. On the court. A lot. … Because I want to win. I told him I was in the wrong. Brian T. Smithbsmith@sltrib.comTwitter: tribjazz
