Jazz's Kirilenko doubtful vs. Clippers; Williams will play

Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko (lower back strain) will not practice today. He is doubtful for a road game Wednesday against the Los Angeles Clippers. He will travel with the team for its two game-road trip, though.
Utah guard Deron Williams (sprained right wrist) will practice today and play versus the Clippers.
