Utah's hiring of Norm Chow leads to more questions than answers in many ways as the futures of Aaron Roderick and Dave Schramm were unknown as of Saturday evening. In the school release, Utah coach Kyle Whittingham noted the hiring of Chow would lead to some restructuring of his staff. It's known that Whittingham does want to keep both coaches on his offensive staff. Both Schramm and Roderick are extremely valuable to the Utes in recruiting and Roderick is regarded as an up-and-coming, bright coordinator in the eyes of many. Washington and BYU both have tried to hire him away so obviously the guy is doing many things right, despite the way the offense's effectiveness faded at the end of the year. But would he want to remain at Utah in a lesser position, say as the receivers coach? That is the question now.
