Looks like Real Salt Lake's Alvaro Saborio will get to go home again.

Armando Alonso and Luis Cordero scored to lead Saprissa — Saborio's former club, in his home nation of Costa Rica — to a 2-1 victory at Olimpia of Honduras on Thursday night, sending the "Purple Monster" through to meet RSL in the semifinals of the CONCACAF Champions League.

Saprissa won the quarterfinal series 3-1 on aggregate.

RSL will play host to the first leg of the two-game semifinal series at Rio Tinto Stadium on March 15. The return leg is scheduled for April 5 at Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Ayma in San Jose — also known as "The Monster's Cave."

Saborio scored 95 goals in five years with Saprissa, before taking his career overseas. His former team also features defender Douglas Sequeira, who played alongside Saborio before joining RSL for the 2006 season.
