Oklahoma City Jazz guard Devin Harris (hamstring) is a game-time decision tonight against the Thunder, while forward Derrick Favors (ankle) is questionable.
Harris said after a morning shootaround at Oklahoma City Arena he is unsure whether he will take the court. He strained a right hamstring that was already troubling him Monday during a road game against Memphis.
Harris initially ruled himself out versus the Thunder, and predicted he would not return until Friday. He clarified his comment today, pointing out that Utah does not play Friday a home game Thursday follows tonight's matchup against Oklahoma City.
Harris participated in light drills this morning but did not go full speed.
"I won't really know until I actually fully warm up, but it's still pretty sore right now," Harris said.
He added: "You have to try to be smart. But I have to be able to be effective out there on the floor. It's one thing to be out there trying to play through it, but I've got to be effective as well."Veteran Earl Watson will likely start if Harris is not able to play, but Jazz coach Tyrone Corbin thinks Harris will "try and go."
Corbin said that Favors will be re-evaluated prior to tipoff.
"I think he'll try and play," Corbin said.
