Utah's Lake Powell just got the best tourism advertisement it could ever get: A gossip item that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spent the weekend there.
Us Weekly reports that the celebrity supercouple "ditched their brood of six for a 27-hour escape at the luxe Amangiri resort in Lake Powell" last Saturday and Sunday.
A source told the magazine that Pitt, who flew in from New Orleans where he's filming a movie, "said he was enjoying a little mommy and daddy time."
Certainly they could afford it. Amangiri's suites go for $3,300 a night.
