Gary Herbert meets with the Association of Rural Electric Generative Cooperatives at the Little America Hotel, hits the Clear the Air Challenge Express Event at the Intermodal Hub and hitches a ride on Frontrunner to Ogden. Later, the governor meets with Utah Valley University leaders in his office.

AG Mark Shurtleff is in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the Republican Attorneys General summer annual meeting.

SL. Co. Mayor Peter Corroon holds a Cabinet meeting, joins Gov. Herbert at the Clear the Air Challenge event and then hits a Civility and Community Summit Workshop at the SLC Main Library.

SLC Mayor Ralph Becker also joins the Clear the Air Challenge, meets with Provo Mayor John Curtis, joins a briefing on the Sugar House streetcar and later hits the civility summit workshop as well.
