Utahns celebrate at Scottish Festival in Payson

Utahns celebrated all things Scottish Saturday at the 28th Annual Payson Scottish Festival and Highland Games.

The event at Payson's Memorial Park features competitions in bagpipes and drums, Highland Dancing and Highland Athletics such as the caber toss and sheaf toss. Vendor booths feature Scottish artwork, clothing, jewelry, books, swords and food.

Saturday's festivities were to culminate at closing ceremonies with the massed bands.
