Law enforcement agencies on Wednesday found more than 7,000 marijuana plants growing in Cedar Creek Canyon in Sevier County.
The Central Utah Narcotics Task Force, Sevier County Sheriff's Office, the Drug Enforcement Administration and other agencies tore down the large marijuana farm and began looking for suspects involved in growing it. In all, 7,267 plants were found.
Several people were seen near the drug farm days before the raid, but no one was located on Wednesday, the task force reported.
Street value of the marijuana farm was estimated at $50 million.
