The Jazz are expected to invite free agent forward Trey Gilder to training camp, a league source told The Salt Lake Tribune on Wednesday.

The 6-foot-9, 185-pound Gilder played two games for Memphis during the 2009-10 season. He spent time with Maine and Colorado in the NBA Development League and starred at Northwestern State.

The Jazz could invite 3-4 players to camp, in addition to the 11 under contract once rookies Enes Kanter and Alec Burks are signed.

If Gilder attends, he will join forward Paul Carter and guard Scottie Reynolds as unsigned free agents trying to make the team.

While most NBA teams carry 15 players, the Jazz have shown in the past they're comfortable keeping 13-14 under contract.
